Kid’s Yoga at the Redmond Farmers Market
Join us for a playful and engaging kids yoga class every Friday from 3:30–4:00 PM! We’ll explore mindfulness through movement, games, and songs designed for all ages and abilities. This is a fun way for kids to build emotional awareness, coordination, and calm—all while having a great time. No ticket needed—just drop in! Donations are appreciated and help support community wellness.
Prenatal Yoga
Rooted in gentle movement and deep connection, this small-group class is held in the serene Earth Room at Hanai. Designed for all stages of pregnancy, we’ll move with intention to ease tension, support your changing body, and prepare for birth. With breath-led flow and moments of stillness, we’ll bring awareness to the pelvic floor and core—laying a foundation for strength and softness in labor and beyond. Each class is a space to slow down, tune in, and build a sense of community with others on the same journey. Come as you are—no experience needed.
